Leading the charge are Marisol at The Boca Raton Beach Club and The Flamingo Grill, which opened last summer and offers a retro-redux take on the American chophouse experience.

Located by the harbour, the 27-storey pink building features 224 suites and rooms. This autumn the resort’s Tower will reopen following a $45 million transformation, overseen by architecture and design firm Rockwell Group. The bungalows are located by the harbour and have a private pool. The Boca Raton Bungalows offer 58 residential-style two bedroom suites, which have been redesigned and now feature mid-century modern decor alongside contemporary elements.
Now known as Cloister, the hotel has undergone a comprehensive renovation across its 294 rooms and suites and 12 restaurants and bars. It originally opened in 1926 as the Ritz-Carlton Cloister Inn. Nearly all of the resort has been reimagined during the renovation work. The Boca Raton includes five hotels set across a 200-acre site, including a spa, 18-hole golf course, racquet club, pool club and marina.
